This blog documents my life in the Mormon church, my escape from it, and my transition into atheism. This is a place for ex-Mormons to share their thoughts and experiences, to discuss current Mormon issues, and for those people in the church who may be doubting their faith or feeling that something is not quite right. Comments are welcome from all points of view.

Best Athiest Video Ever!
This is the best YouTube video I have ever seen on Atheism created by the FightingAtheist. This is a must-see for anyone who is truly trying to understand the mind of an Atheist.

Sorry but the video was less than convincing. I am curious though, do you believe that when you die that is the end of you?
The purpose of the video was not to convince anyone to be atheist, but rather to simply explain our views on things.
As far as the afterlife, I can only say this, I sincerely hope there is life after death. I would love to see loved ones who have passed on. But honestly, I'd rather be expecting nothing and get something, than expecting something and get nothing.
Truly it is just a feeling that I have. Maybe part of it is because you seem to be trying to hard to convince others and really it might just be you that needs the convincing?

Something inside of me just isn't convinced that you are as atheist as you claim to be. In complete honestly are you truly a true blue atheist?
sorry, *honesty
I'm probably about as atheist as they come. I've got no reason to lie about it, why would I?
What makes you ask? I'm curious. Maybe that will help me better answer your question.

Hi Anon,
As an atheist, let me just say this. Our goal is not to "convert" the masses (that is the Mormon's job).
