Some (Real) Early Church History

Have you ever wondered: if the Book of Mormon contains the fulness of the gospel, then how come it says nothing about temple attendance? Or the word of wisdom? Or tithing? Or the celestial kingdom? Or a dozen other of the Mormons' ridiculous doctrines?

In it's earliest days, this church that does not change was evolving rapidly.

Joseph Smith was sending his male members away on missions and then enjoying their wives while they were gone.

Smith had a secret sexual life and when it started surfacing, he came up with the polygamy idea to justify it. Well learned Mormons are aware (as I was) that Joseph secretly practiced polygamy for years and years before he announced it publicly. According to Smith, it was all done by commandment of the lord and he reluctantly obeyed it.

When some people started to discover the real truth, they abandoned Joe. As a young Mormon, I wondered why even his own First Presidency councilors would apostatize. Now, of course, it's very clear... he was banging their wives. The very fact that apostles and councilors would leave the church SHOULD BE a major red flag to any Mormon who is aware of it. But they justify it away saying that the devil worked really hard on them and the most elite were deceived. Do Mormon lies know no end?

Joe ordered the destruction of a printing press that was planning to expose his lies. The destruction of the press put the non-Mormon citizens into a fury. He was arrested.

Now Mormons believe that Joe went willingly to Carthage Jail. The fact is, however, that he had no intention of staying there or dying. He dispatched a secret message ordering the Nauvoo Legion to come break him out of jail. When the mob appeared that ultimately killed him, Smith at first thought it was his rescuers. He reassured everyone that their savlation had come.

During the attack on the jail, Smith shot and killed two of his attackers. This automatically removes his status as a myrter. A myrter dies willingly for his cause. Smith had no intention of dying.

Mormonism is a disease that was founded by a pervert.

Now hold up sir or madam,

I know you disagree with the things in the LDS church. But be fair! They ( the church ) may have lied to you, or perhaps they are sincerely wrong because they brought the lie too.

But in all good lies, there has to be enough truth contained for people to be sold and then received.

Examples?

Let's see, Adam and Eve and the serpent...... How was Eve deceived?
The serpent told Eve she was being lied too..... That she wasn't getting the full picture and was missing out on the good stuff.
Satan created doubt where there wasn't any need to doubt.

And that's the lie trap. People once lied to, are like snake bite victims, they're paranoid and fearful. And they throw out the baby and the bathwater.

My point to you is the Book of Mormon is true. The Problem is the Salt Lake LDS church has not born good fruit, rather they have born bitter fruit because they did what Jesus Christ forbid us not to do.

They changed scripture, they strayed from the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which in Mosiah, and 3 Nephi are three requirements. Become as a little child, repent and be baptised is #1. #2 is take upon yourself and be called after Christ's name and #3 is to not only say but do the Father's will.

What most people forget is Jesus Christ did the will of the Father!
And what did Christ say was the will of the Father? Christ taught us to, feed the hungery, heal the sick, visit the lonely, help the poor and take care of the widows and support them. And to be free with all our resources, especially money. That we all who have more, work to make all men equal to ourselves who are more fortunate.

Christ said " let he who would be greatest be the servant of all"...

That doesn't mean sit in your stupid church that cost millions of dollars and worship while people starve to death for food and for Jesus Christ in our American cities!

What the FULLNESS OF THE GOSPEL!
Feed People! Love People!

3 Nephi, Mosiah, and Alma both say that any church who takes upon themselves the name of Christ, but does not do these things ( exhibits these fruits of the spirit and physical action ) are not Christ's church..... Now you know why so many churches hate Mormons, not because the Book of Mormon is not true, but because the teaching therin are not practised.

That is the lie. That is the true lie! No pun intended. Mormon don't practise the fullness of the Book of Mormons teachings. They play church instead. Just like most churches do today.

Jeramiah17

5Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departed from the LORD.

6For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

Sound like Salt Lake Church! Coincidence? Read further......

7Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.

8For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

I've another Coincidence. The RLDS church is based by a river, even on river street..... But I'm not saying the RLDS is really any better! Granted they've told the truth pretty much from the start. But you don't see them working to servants to the poor and those in need either. Not yet! But I believe that is about to change.... However that is another story.

Now I'm not pushing to convert you. I am pushing you not to totally reject everything you've heard. There is another side of the story so gut wrenching and stomach churning it's disgusting.

The things you all talk about are tame compared what I can talk about, when it comes to dirt on the LDS church.

Where theirs smoke their fire!

Where there lies there's truth, and where there's truth there's lies.

It's the nature of the spiritually aware and alive to be caught in the war over truth. We can be a believer of the truth, or forsake truth and believe the lies.

Or we can straddle the fence and be shot dead with a spiritual nuke.
Either way we will be wounded. Either way we will die on this earth. We will not escape without suffering.

But we can have joy amidst the suffering by being a service in actions rather than lip service to our fellow man. Just as Christ did.

One way leads to life, the other to death. Christ demonstrated the way to life.

As a priest I would warn that spending time talking about how much you've been deceived promotes more deception. Like I said, where there's truth, there's also lies. People have no idea how deep in a spiritual war All the LDS churches are....

What? You think the Devil is a stupid general? You think Satan's here to let truth hit planet earth without an all out effort to destroy it? We cannot afford to be nieve?

While I am very much finger pointing with my words, my testimony is that Jesus Christ has brought this lesson home to my heart in a very demanding and humbling way.

We, all of us people, LDS, RLDS, Church of Christ, all of us are here for a special reason. To serve. And if we will not, we will be swept off this land we call home, even as the Nephites were. And none can deliver us. Less we repent.

You would cast doubt on the Book of Mormons truth, yet it has been proven by University Degreed Linguists and Historians having nothing to do with BYU University. And let me tell you, once you hear the reasoning, you cannot deny the truth, because you can find the same tell tails in your bible.

The Book of Mormon has been proven to be written by a desert people. It can be proven to have been written 600 BC and not by Joseph Smith as some would ignorantly suggest.....

Again I ask you? You think Satan's stupid? Christ said there are only two churches. His and the devil's.

Yet only Christ's Church stands under examination of the critical eye. The church of the devil, cannot to men who are truly discerning.

But discernment takes work. Satan will try to stop you. To keep you form searching, seeking, knocking, and asking so you can be given a knowledge of the truth.

There is another story. The story is true and I vouch for it's truth in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, Amen.

Sincerely
James Brian Marshall

For a while, I was responding to him, but as you can see, he was unshakable. And every comment he left was just as long, if not longer, than the one above. There was too much to reply to and frankly, I stopped reading them at all. Eventually he just went away.
